These terms apply to mathsuccessacademy.com and to the study guides, practice tests and free cheat sheets from Math Success Academy. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to them.
One purchase, one student
- Each purchase gives one student a personal license to download, print and use the files for their own study. A parent, guardian or tutor may use them to help that student.
- Please don't email, upload, post or send the files to anyone else. That includes group chats, shared drives, class pages and file-sharing sites.
- Don't resell, give away or copy the files, in whole or in part, and don't remove the Math Success Academy name or copyright notice.
- One purchase doesn't cover a whole class, school or tutoring group. To use the materials with more than one student, email us first.
Free sheets, ownership and accuracy
The free cheat sheets are for personal study. You're welcome to share the sign-up page at mathsuccessacademy.com so others can get their own copy.
All guides, practice tests, cheat sheets, text and images on this site are © 2026 Math Success Academy. Buying a guide gives you a license to use it, not ownership of the content.
​Our materials are aligned to the Florida B.E.S.T. benchmarks and built on the official FL DOE reference sheets. They are independent study aids and are not produced, endorsed or approved by the Florida Department of Education. We work hard to keep them accurate, but we can't guarantee a particular test score.
Refunds, privacy and questions
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, and how we handle your information is covered by our Privacy Policy. Both are linked at the bottom of every page.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
